IF - worn

IF - worn-ewian

Her hair was worn so she cut it off.

The word for Illustration Friday is worn. I recently cut my hair 40 cm! How long is your hair? I still have 60 cm left so it is not as short as my illustration.

Medium used: Derwent watersoluble wax pastel and pencil.

I know some people do cut their own hair but I wouldn't dare. Your hair must have been extremely long. I recently was shorn and my hair is short now, I haven't been this short is 30 years! Love your sketch.

I used to cut my own hair when I had a perm then I found out I have naturally curly hair and don't need a perm. I get it cut at the beauty parlor now and it is above my shoulders. This painting is delightful. You have such talent!

Ya hair was long! Love the pic, good use of worn.Working on what to do for the word.Have some ideas. My hair is touching my rear. I plan on cutting it once it grows about another 6 inches. I've had short hair, but I don't think I look good with it,People say otherwise.Wishing ya a good night.

Gosh - you were a real life Rapunzel!
I've never measured my hair. It's just above shoulder length (and isn't enjoying the humidity we're experiencing here in the UK!) I am trying to grow it but my hairdresser is scissor happy so it takes a while!

Love the snippets of hair floating around in your sketch.

You finally did it! Are you happy? My granddaughter gets hers cut a little shorter each time so her dad won't realize it's getting short. I think you are going to like it. If not, it will grow back.

Great picture of the cutting too!
