Art journal - piece of the puzzle
Sometimes you are given a piece, but dont know here to put it.
It can be life that gives you a piece. Even though you like the piece, it is hard to find the right place for it. You don't know how or where to fit it in.
There have been some questions/inquiry about me selling things I have made on line, and although I like the idea, I don't know how to fit that in to my life... I want to do it in a good and professional way... When you meet your customer/client face to face there is so easy to find good solution...
Medium used: watercolours, watercolour pencil, watersoluble wax pastel and permanent marker, ink pencil, puzzle pieces and acrylic.

I say if someone is interested in one of ya pieces ya have online. Sell it to them, They've seen ya work and like it enough to ask about it. To me that's what counts hun. We all have to start somewhere.

I agree...if they ask...sell away! You may want to look into ETSY.com. Great place to showcase your work if you don't already?

wonderful piece!
It can be a bit tricky selling online.
When I started on etsy, I read a lot of sellers shop policies to get ideas.
In order to feel comfortable, I have what some consider a too-generous return/refund policy. But it works for me & I have only had to issue 1 refund.
If selling is something you're interested in doing, it seems like starting with folks who approach you about buying your work is a good way to begin .. no marketing, no overhead, no costs! nancy
Love your art journal page - but don't love your dilemma - hope you can sort it out :)
Thank you for your support and your advises.
Hey EWian, I received the most gorgeous art card in the post today - thank you so much - it is beautiful. Thanks for thinking of me. Hugs
Don't sell yourself short. That is the piece of the missing puzzle for me. How do you sell at a price people want to pay yet earn a decent amount of money for the effort and materials. Also, if you sell too cheap, other artists work is also devalued. It's very hard to know what to do. Maybe you could look and see what people are charging for similar work on etsy or ebay but whatever you do, be happy with the outcome. Good luck. I like your puzzle lady.
