2/365:2013 ATC Baby It's Cold Outside

Baby It's Cold Outside

There is a Norwegian saying "å fryse seg blå" translating "to freeze oneself blue". It is not so cold for January just around -10*C(14*F). However that is cold enough to feel freezing blue from being outside for a couple of hours.
Medium used: acrylic paint, colouring pencil and acrylic glaze.

Large snowflakes

I have never seen so large snowflakes at home before. Most of them was 4 to 5 cm (1.5-2 inches) long.

    The snowflakes are so large they look like hollywood snow!

    I like the card. It reminds me of a childrens story about an ice queen that blows ice cold shards of glass into peoples hearts.
